The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the central government is yet to announce their final decision regarding the conduction of the Class 12 board exams 2021, and are currently considering other options and changes in format for the exam. In the meeting conducted by the Centre on May 23, one of the two options suggested by CBSE regarding the conduction of the exams in the middle of the pandemic was the shorter format or the ‘truncated’ version of the exams.
