Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar got married in a private ceremony at a farmhouse in Mumbai’s Khandala on February 19. Friends of the couple - celebrities including Rhea Chakraborty as well as Hrithik Roshan - attended the wedding.
Both Farhan as well as Shibani looked absolutely stunning on their wedding day. From the first set of the pictures that were made available from their wedding, Shibani was spotted wearing an off-shoulder red corset top and a long flowing skirt and a veil. Her ensemble also featured net detailing.
Farhan, on the other hand, was handsome as ever in a black tuxedo. He amped up his look with a pair of smart shades.
Farhan and Shibani also danced to Dil Chahta Hai. So cute!
The couple exchanged wedding vows in an intimate ceremony that was attended by close friends and family members.
As for their wedding, a source had earlier told India Today, “They wanted to keep it as basic and simple as possible. The guests have also been asked to wear easy colours like pastels and whites for the wedding. There won’t be a nikah or a Marathi wedding. Instead, they have chosen to make it an intimate vow ceremony. Both have written down their vows which they will read out on the main wedding day, which is February 19."
