Water level in Papanasam dam on Thursday stood at 62.85 feet (maximum permissible level is 143 ft.) with an inflow of 514.38 cusecs and discharge of 904.75 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar dam was 44.70 ft. (118 ft.) with an inflow of 26 cusecs and a discharge of 5 cusecs.
