Uttar Pradesh government has extended the closure of the schools due to the rise in Covid-19 cases.
Amid a spike in the number of Covid-19 cases, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to extend the closure of schools till April 11. The government has closed the schools for the students up to class 8. Earlier, the schools were shut till March 31. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued the fresh directions during a review meeting. During the meeting, he directed that the schools for all the students till class 8 should be closed till April 11. He further added that the schools should ensure that all Covid-19 protocols are strictly been followed.
