UP college admissions from Aug 5, classes from mid-August

UP college admissions will start off from August 5 while college classes will resume from mid-August.

The UP government today decided to start off college admissions from August 5, while the state aims to resume college classes from mid-August. The announcement came on the heels of the decision to reopen UP schools for Classes 9 to 12 from August 2 amidst Covid-19 safety protocols. Schools will operate in two shifts of four hours each.
