Travis Barker’s daughter Alabama took to social media and thanked fans for prayers after the drummer was hospitalised.
Blink-182 drummer and Kourtney Kardashian’s husband, Travis Barker, was rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The reason for his hospitalisation has been revealed. According to a report by TMZ, the drummer has pancreatitis.
Several sources connected to the family told the portal that he was rushed to the hospital due to the condition (pancreatitis) that doctors believe was triggered by a colonoscopy. Meanwhile, the drummer’s daughter also posted a sweet picture and thanked everyone for their love and prayers.
“Thank you guys for all of the prayers and love. I appreciate you and love all of you,” she wrote on a photo of her hand alongside her father’s hand.
Pancreatitis is an inflammation of the pancreas and has symptoms such as intense stomach pain, vomiting and nausea.
Barker was first rushed to West Hills Hospital after he experienced some health issues. After the medical staff at the West Hills suggested that the drummer needed additional care, he was then shifted to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center. His wife Kourtney has been by his side.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got married in a lavish wedding ceremony in Portofino, Italy, in May this year.
