Being on the notice period and resuming work in the same office is definitely not an easy task and most of us have experienced that dilemma. However, one US-based company has made this period of transition quite comfortable and easier for the employees.
The company named Gorilla 76 gives employees on a notice period a 10 percent hike! Yes, you read that right. A post by the founder of the company has now gone viral on LinkedIn and sparked chatter among netizens.
Jon Franko, the founder of Gorilla 76, took to LinkedIn to share the policy of the company for the employees who have put their papers down. “From the moment an employee tells us of their decision to leave Gorilla and that they are in the search for a new job, any full-time employee who gives us at least six weeks’ notice will be given a 10% salary increase for the remainder of their time at Gorilla. We ask that they leave within three months. And we promise, no hard feelings,” Franko wrote.
“This encourages our people to do something different if they're feeling stuck or in the wrong place. It also gives us time to prepare for how we'll move forward. It's way better than the normal two-week sprint,” he added.

Frank, however, pointed out, “OF COURSE we don't want people to leave. But we're fools to think they're all going to retire with us. Our approach is to make transitions as seamless as possible.”
The post has garnered over 12k likes and many reactions. While many lauded the system, some were unsure of the policy.

The IRGC claimed it had "successfully targeted" the US aircraft, though it did not immediately provide details on the location, extent of damage or the fate of the pilot. There has been no immediate confirmation from the United States military, which has previously disputed similar claims by Iran during the conflict.

The win, which comes ahead of the critical midterms in November, also hands Democrats a seat that is home to President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
