Doha, Qatar: The View Hospital has announced the launch of Peace of Mind, a community initiative designed to provide free online mental wellbeing support to people across Qatar through qualified, multilingual psychologists, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The initiative reflects the hospital’s commitment to supporting the community not only through physical healthcare, but also by making emotional and mental wellbeing support more accessible when it is needed most.
Built around the message “You are not alone,” the campaign acknowledges that during difficult times, uncertainty, pressure, anxiety and emotional exhaustion can affect anyone, and no one should have to face those feelings alone. Through Peace of Mind, The View Hospital aims to create a safe, supportive and professional pathway for individuals seeking reassurance, guidance or simply someone to talk to.
The initiative offers free 30-minute online mental wellbeing sessions with qualified, multilingual psychologists delivered through video calls, allowing individuals to access support conveniently and privately from wherever they are. The service is available 24/7, ensuring that help is within reach day or night. There is no referral required, no fee, and complete confidentiality is maintained.
According to The View Hospital, Peace of Mind was launched to support the wider community in Qatar and to help ensure that mental wellbeing care remains available and accessible to everyone whenever it is needed. The service is intended for anyone who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or simply in need of a compassionate and professional conversation.
The sessions are designed to provide a confidential conversation with a qualified psychologist, a safe space to express emotions openly, ongoing support when needed, and professional guidance with practical coping strategies to help individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges. By removing common barriers such as cost and referral requirements, the initiative seeks to make access to care simpler, more immediate and more inclusive.
