
Students can take admission in Delhi Govt schools without TC: Manish Sisodia

Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia released a statement for all government schools in Delhi to accept applications of students without TC.
Delhi school admissions have begun. However, parents of students studying in private schools have raised a concern that the students are not getting Transfer Certificate (TC) as they have not paid the fees last year. Therefore, the Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia has said on Thursday that students seeking admission to Delhi government schools from private schools will not be denied admission due to unavailability of Transfer Certificate (TC). “Many parents have approached me that they want to shift their children to Delhi government schools from private schools due to multiple reasons but they do not have a TC from the current school. It has been decided that no such student will be denied admission due to unavailability of TC,” Manish Sisodia said during an online press conference.
