Stand-up comedian Amit Tandon invites Covid-19 patients to join him for online sessions

In a post on Twitter, Amit Tandon said that he has decided to conduct online free laughter sessions for Covid-19 patients over weekdays and weekends.

The mood is tense across the country owing to the sharp increase in the number of coronavirus cases in the wake of the second wave of Covid-19. But as they say, ‘Enjoy the torture to torture it back.’ And this is what stand-up comedian and writer Amit Tandon is doing. Covid Positive? Surely, that's good news for people in quarantine for fourteen days as this would lift the spirits and will make them feel better. “If you are Covid Positive and stuck alone, let's spend some time together. This will be a 30-minute session where we will talk and hopefully laugh together. There is no money involved.
