Shilpa Shetty posted a new video doing the yoga asana called Mandukasana on Instagram. The actress shared that it focuses on the navel centre which is also called the ‘second brain’.
Shilpa Shetty is a true-blue fitness enthusiast and often motivates her fans to improve their lifestyle with her yoga videos and healthy food habits. The actress took to Instagram on Monday, May 31, to share how one can perform the yoga asana Mandukasana or the frog pose. She wrote that it helps to strengthen the navel centre, which eventually helps in fighting weaknesses. Shilpa emphasised that we need to focus on ourselves during these difficult times of Covid-19. She explained the benefits of Mandukasana. She wrote, “To support all kinds of healing processes, the main source of energy comes from the core of our being. So, the Mandukasana is a very important asana as it focuses on your navel centre, which also happens to be your life-force centre called the second brain. It has the ability to give you the energy to combat all weaknesses. That’s why they say, ‘Go with your gut feeling’. In difficult times like these, we need to focus on ourself; so we can dispel all negativity and bring in positive energy to the center of our core chakra called the ‘Manipura chakra’ (sic).”More Related News
