Samsung launches Galaxy A57, Galaxy A37 in India: Top specs, price and everything you need to know
India Today
Samsung has launched the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 in India with Exynos chipsets, upgraded cameras, and a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. The smartphones start at Rs 41,999 and will go on sale from April 10.
Samsung has launched two new smartphones in its Galaxy A series — the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A37. The new devices sit between the flagship Galaxy S series and the company’s other mid-budget smartphone offerings. These smartphones are aimed at users who may not want to opt for Chinese brands and are unsure about the performance offered by Google Pixel devices.
While the new Galaxy A phones look similar to their predecessors in terms of design and overall specifications, there are some notable changes. For instance, the Galaxy A37 now comes with an Exynos chipset instead of the Snapdragon processor used in its predecessor.
Samsung says the devices also feature upgraded camera hardware along with an improved image signal processor. While we have not reviewed the smartphones yet, the specifications appear promising for users looking for a device in the Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 price range.
The Samsung Galaxy A57 is available in two variants. The model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 56,999, while the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs Rs 62,499.
The Galaxy A37 is available in three variants. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 41,999, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant costs Rs 47,499. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at Rs 52,999.
Both smartphones will be available for sale starting April 10, 2026, via retail stores, Samsung Exclusive Stores, Samsung.com, and other online platforms.
