Anthropic has introduced a major update to the Claude mobile app that makes it easier for users to access work tools on their phones. Now, you can use Claude on your phone to access various work tools, without having to open your laptop.
In a post on X, Anthropic announced the new update. The post contained a video that showcased a user accessing tools such as Figma and Canva via the Claude mobile app.
The clip shows that a user can ask Claude to check Amplitude dashboards and access designs on Figma just by simple prompts. The AI can also create presentations on Canva for you, without leaving the conversation.
This update brings the entire workflow into one application on your smartphone, making it easier to get tasks done when you may be away from your desktop.
The move positions Claude as a versatile super app for professional use. This can give Anthropic a further edge against rivals like ChatGPT when it comes to the enterprise market.
Robert Bye, Anthropic's Mobile Product Manager, teased that the company had a lot more in store for the Claude app in the future. He wrote on X, “So many more great things coming to the mobile app in the coming weeks.” Anthropic is planning more updates for Claude's mobile app.
