General Bipin Rawat's tragic death has shocked the nation. Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat and 12 others, including his wife Madhulika, lost their lives in a helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu's Coonoor on Wednesday, December 8. There were a total of 14 people on board, out of which one person has survived. Group Captain Varun Singh, who survived the crash, is presently undergoing treatment. Salman Khan has now condoled General Bipin Rawat's death on Twitter. The actor shared an emotional note for him and the others who lost their lives. My thoughts my prayers and condolences are with the bereaved families General Bipin Rawat was on his way to the Defence Staff College in Wellington from the Indian Air Force base in Sulur near Coimbatore. Along with eight others, he boarded a flight from Delhi to Sulur earlier on Wednesday. Visuals from the site of the Indian Air Force helicopter crash showed massive flames and locals helping with the immediate rescue operations.
