Renault launches Festive Limited Editions for Kiger, Triber and Kwid

The Festive Limited Edition adds cosmetic changes to the cars in the form of a dual-tone exterior, red accents and more.

With the festival season fast approaching, automakers are offering special editions and another one to join the bandwagon is Renault. The French marque has launched the Festive Limited Edition (LE) of its entire range, which comprises the Kiger, the Triber and the Kwid. Only cosmetic tweaks have been made to the cars. Bookings for the Limited Edition range of cars begins on 2nd of September.

Designwise, the Festive Limited Edition gives the three cars a new look. The exterior is characterised by the new dual-tone colour with the body in white and the roof in mystery black. The cars also get red accents on the front grille, headlamp/DRL surround and the side door decals. The Renault Kiger Festive Limited Edition also gets alloys in silver and red brake callipers, while the Triber Festive Limited Edition comes with piano black wheel covers and door handles. The Kwid Limited Edition gets piano black wheel covers and ORVMs.

The Festive Limited Editions of the Renault Kiger, Triber and Kwid are mechanically unchanged. Which means that the Limited Edition Renault Kiger uses the 1.0-litre NA petrol motor with 72bhp mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission and the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol with 100bhp that can be had with either a 5-speed manual or CVT.

The Renault Triber Limited Edition uses the same 72bhp, 1.0-litre NA petrol with 5MT or an automatic transmission. Renault provides the Kwid Limited Edition with a 1.0-litre petrol motor with 68bhp mated to a 5-speed manual or an automatic gearbox.

Only the top-trims of the Renault Kiger, Triber and Kwid are offered with the Festive Limited Edition. Renault will be selling the Festive Limited Edition models at the same price as the respective top-trims.
