Ranbir Kapoor's trainer Shivoham has revealed the actor's fitness secrets in an exclusive chat with AajTak.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to tie the knot this week. The preparations for the big day are on in full swing as well. The couple has finalised their wedding outfits also. The groom’s wedding outfit was also delivered to his home on Monday. Just like Alia, he will also wear a Sabyasachi outfit for the D-day.

Speaking of Ranbir, the actor is an ardent fitness enthusiast and follows a strict diet. You will be surprised to know that he hasn’t eaten a roti in the last 1.5 years. Yes, you read that right. In an exclusive chat with AajTak, Ranbir’s trainer Shivoham, also known as Dheepesh Bhatt, revealed the actor’s fitness secrets.

RANBIR KAPOOR’S DIET

Shivoham has been training Ranbir for around 1.5 years now. He revealed that the actor is rather strict about his diet. “Ranbir does not like sweets or fried food. He does not even like outside food. He always prefers eating simple, home-cooked food,” Shivoham said. Ranbir, however, just loves burgers and relishes them on his cheat days.

If you are wondering what Ranbir eats in a day, well, here you go. The fitness coach revealed that the Rockstar actor follows a low-carb diet. “He consumes eggs, protein shake and brown bread for breakfast. For lunch, he eats brown rice, chicken, dal and green vegetables. Dry fruits and protein shake is what he has for snacks. As for dinner, he keeps it pretty light,” Shivoham said.

Moreover, Ranbir doesn’t like eating roti. Shivoham revealed that Ranbir has not eaten roti ever since he started training the actor - it has been almost 1.5 years. “Ranbir consumes brown rice, toast or biryani instead of roti,” the fitness trainer revealed.

As for supplements, Ranbir takes protein, glutamine and multivitamins.
