Ram Gopal Varma trolled Ram Charan and Jr NTR's bromance on Twitter. The filmmaker has been in the news after he recently claimed that theatre giants are refusing to screen his upcoming film Khatra (Dangerous) due to its homosexual theme.
Helmed by SS Rajamouli, RRR has gone on to become one of the most profitable films of the year. Starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead, we saw the South superstars’ cute bromance during the film’s promotions. However, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma took a dig at the stars and called them “Dangerous 2.0 (sic).”

Khatra (Dangerous) is a crime thriller directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The filmmaker said it was his first lesbian film. On April 5, RGV took to Twitter and claimed that theatre giants are refusing to screen his film. His first tweet reads, "@_PVRcinemas, @INOXCINEMAS refusing to screen my film KHATRA (DANGEROUS) becos it’s theme is LESBIAN ,and this after Supreme Court repealed section 377 and censor board already passed .it is a clear cut ANTI stand of their managements against #LGBT community (sic)."
