Shilpa Shetty went through testing time last year when her husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested. To brush up your memory, Raj was arrested in connection to producing pornographic content and publishing them on various sites. The actress asked everyone to respect her privacy in her difficult times. More than six months after the incident happened, Raj Kundra has now transferred property worth Rs 38.5 crore to his wife Shilpa.

According to the registration documents accessed by Squarefeatindia.com, businessman Raj Kundra has transferred property worth Rs 38.5 crore to his actress wife. As per Varun Singh, the founder of Squarefeatindia.com, the documents showcased that a total of 5 flats in a building named Ocean View in Juhu along with the basement were transferred by Raj Kundra to his wife Shilpa Shetty Kundra.

Varun Singh also mentioned that the total area transferred to Shilpa Shetty measures 5,996 square feet. According to Singh, it is the same house that both Raj and Shilpa have shown as their current house address. Also, a stamp duty of Rs 1.92 crore was paid for registration, which took place on January 24, 2022.

On the professional front, Shilpa's movie release was Hungama 2, which also featured Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and other actors in important roles. Shilpa was also seen co-judging Super Dancer with Geeta Kapur and director Anurag Basu. As of now, Shilpa is co-judging India's Got Talent on Sony TV with Kirron Kher and rapper Badshah. Next, she will be seen in Nikamma with Abhimanyu Dassani, Shirley Setia and Sunil Grover.
