Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik came to the rescue of an engineering student from a destitute family, upon receiving an SOS message from the student seeking financial help from the CM.
Naveen Pattnaik on Friday sanctioned Rs 96,000 for the higher education of Tarachan Rana, a meritorious student from a remote village of Balangir district as the student was failing to get admitted to the engineering course due to poverty.
