A Mumbai content creator's apartment tour has sparked discussion on rental prices in Bandra after she revealed paying Rs 1.11 lakh per month for her 2BHK flat.
Mumbai’s rental market has long been infamous, but a content creator’s recent apartment tour from Bandra has put a fresh spotlight on its eye-watering prices. The video begins with a simple question: how much is the rent?
In a video shared online, Mumbai creator Muskan Ranka gave fellow influencer Arya Kothari a tour of her two-bedroom apartment in the city’s upscale Bandra neighbourhood.
Before stepping inside, Arya asked the question most viewers were already thinking: how much is the rent? Muskan’s witty response was, “About both of my kidneys bro!” And that neatly summed up Mumbai’s soaring rental market.
Pressed for the exact figure, she revealed that she pays Rs 1,11,000 per month, a sum that includes maintenance charges. The revelation set the tone for the rest of the tour.
Inside, the apartment opens into a tastefully done living space styled in calming shades of white and beige. Despite Muskan describing the home as roughly 600 square feet, many viewers felt it looked far more spacious on camera.
The living room features professional lighting setups, a necessity, she explained, as she works as a full-time content creator and actor.

The profiles of at least three of China's leading nuclear, missile and radar experts were scrubbed from the website of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the country's most prestigious academic body. This comes as a series of purges under Premier Xi Jinping's anti-corruption campaign have decimated the upper echelons of China's military and scientific community.

The aircraft had also been used by senior Iranian officials and military figures for both domestic and international travel, and for coordinating with allied countries, the Israeli military said. Meanwhile, Dubai International Airport has resumed flight operations after a temporary suspension of about seven hours caused by a drone strike near a fuel tank facility.

When we look at Iran through the prism of religion and see a Shia Islamic country, we negate its thousands of years of rich pre-Islamic Persian culture. A dive into the world of Zoroastrianism and Vedas shows us how Indians and Iranians have been sharing languages, Gods, sciences and a sacred fire for thousands of years.
