Actor Supriya Pathak spoken about her relationship with Mira Rajput Kapoor, wife of actor Shahid Kapoor, saying she never saw Mira as a daughter-in-law but as someone who already belonged to the family. The veteran actor also shared how the presence of her grandchildren, Misha and Zain, brings joy to the household.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Supriya spoke about Mira and the ease with which she blended into the Kapoor family.
She said, "Mira is such a beautiful person, inside and out, that we never felt like she walked into our house. I think she was a part of our house. I sometimes joke with her that you were our missing child who has found her way back to us. I never felt like she was a daughter-in-law. I can't think this way about Mira."
Supriya also spoke about the happiness her grandchildren bring to the family.
She added, "When they are both around, the world is great."
During the same interaction, Supriya’s daughter Sanah Kapur shared that Shahid and Mira’s daughter Misha shares a particularly close bond with the veteran actor.
