Actor Janhvi Kapoor has paid an emotional tribute to celebrity hairstylist Marce Pedrozo following his recent death, remembering their close professional bond and friendship. Sharing photographs and videos from their time working together, Kapoor reflected on the dynamic they shared on set, writing that they “were each other’s team”.

The actor’s tribute comes amid an outpouring of condolences from members of the film industry after news of Pedrozo’s death emerged. While the cause of his death has not been disclosed, several actors and collaborators have acknowledged his influence within Bollywood’s styling and fashion circles.

In a lengthy message shared on social media, Kapoor recalled the hectic pace of film sets and the camaraderie she shared with Pedrozo. She described moments when they would prepare for shoots under tight schedules while joking about the chaos around them.

Kapoor wrote that every time she entered her vanity van, the two would laugh about having “20 minutes” to get ready before rushing to complete their work. She added that their relationship extended beyond the typical actor–stylist dynamic, saying they trusted and supported each other during demanding schedules.

The actor also reflected on the personal comfort she felt working with Pedrozo, describing him as a bright presence in her life and someone whose warmth and humour shaped many of her creative journeys.
