Nikki Tamboli in embellished gown takes major fashion cues from Janhvi Kapoor. Who wore it better?

Nikki Tamboli recently shared stunning pictures in an embellished gown. Apparently, she took some major fashion cues from Janhvi Kapoor.

It is not every day that we see celebrities wearing similar outfits! But when they dress up in strikingly similar ensembles, they never fail to catch our attention. Something similar happened when Nikki Tamboli shared her pictures in an embellished gown on Instagram. The Bigg Boss 14 finalist apparently took some major fashion cues from Janhvi Kapoor.

Janhvi was snapped in a similar gown, replete with mirror embellishments, at Apoorva Mehta’s star-studded birthday bash earlier this month.

Janhvi looked absolutely stunning in a sparkling silver mirror-work gown from Manish Malhotra’s eponymous label. It came in a bodycon silhouette and featured embellished straps. The diva further added oomph to the blingy look with dramatic makeup. She opted for strong brows, heavy kohl and beaming bronzer for that added glam. As for her tresses, she kept them open in a middle-parting.

Letting her outfit make all the noise, she steered away from embracing any accessories.

Nikki, on the other hand, glittered in a golden ensemble from Megha Kapoor Label. The strapless gown featured a plunging neckline, quite similar to that of Janhvi. However, the Bigg Boss 14 fame actress’ outfit featured full-length sleeves and a risque thigh-high slit.

Nikki styled the look with dewy makeup and open hair. She ditched accessories and let her glitzy golden gown do all the talking. A pair of golden heels is what she chose to complete her look.
