A matrimonial advertisement specifically asked software engineers not to call. The post was shared by Samir Arora on Twitter.
Nowadays, there are a few matrimonial advertisements doing the rounds of the internet that qualify as utterly bizarre. We have one more such an ad that has gone viral on the internet. The newspaper advert actually seeks a groom who is specifically not a "software engineer". Yes, you read that right.
The now-viral post was shared on Twitter by businessman Samir Arora. The post featured a matrimonial advertisement in a newspaper, seeking a groom for a 24-year-old "fair and beautiful girl from a rich family business background". The family wanted a groom who should be an IAS/IPS or working doctor (PG) or an industrialist/businessman from the same caste.
The advertisement said, "software engineers kindly do not call," at the end.
"Future of IT does not look so sound," Samir Arora wrote while sharing the ad.
