Massive armada coming to Iran, hope Tehran reaches nuke deal: Trump's fresh warning
India Today
US President Donald Trump has warned Iran to negotiate a nuclear deal, claiming a "massive armada" led by the USS Abraham Lincoln is moving towards the region and is ready for action if needed.
US President Donald Trump on Monday issued a sharp warning to Iran, claiming that a “massive Armada” led by the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln is moving towards the country and urging Tehran to negotiate a deal to stop its nuclear ambitions.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the fleet was larger than the one earlier sent to Venezuela and was moving “quickly, with great power, enthusiasm, and purpose.” He warned that the armada was “ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary.”
Trump said he hoped Iran would “quickly ‘Come to the Table’ and negotiate a fair and equitable deal – NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS – one that is good for all parties.” He added that “time is running out” and described the situation as “truly of the essence.”
Referring to a past confrontation, Trump wrote, “As I told Iran once before, MAKE A DEAL! They didn’t, and there was ‘Operation Midnight Hammer,’ a major destruction of Iran.” He warned that any future attack would be “far worse” and urged Tehran not to let that happen.
“Hopefully Iran will quickly ‘Come to the Table’ and negotiate,” Trump said, ending his message with, “Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
On Friday, Trump told reporters present on Air Force One that the US is watching Iran closely and has "a massive fleet heading in that direction."

The profiles of at least three of China's leading nuclear, missile and radar experts were scrubbed from the website of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the country's most prestigious academic body. This comes as a series of purges under Premier Xi Jinping's anti-corruption campaign have decimated the upper echelons of China's military and scientific community.

The aircraft had also been used by senior Iranian officials and military figures for both domestic and international travel, and for coordinating with allied countries, the Israeli military said. Meanwhile, Dubai International Airport has resumed flight operations after a temporary suspension of about seven hours caused by a drone strike near a fuel tank facility.

When we look at Iran through the prism of religion and see a Shia Islamic country, we negate its thousands of years of rich pre-Islamic Persian culture. A dive into the world of Zoroastrianism and Vedas shows us how Indians and Iranians have been sharing languages, Gods, sciences and a sacred fire for thousands of years.
