Major General Ajay Misra meets dignitaries in Amaravati to enhance military-civil synergy and discuss community development initiatives.
Telangana and Andhra Sub Area (TASA) General Officer Commanding (GOC) Major General Ajay Misra held meetings with key dignitaries in Amaravati for military civil fusion and enhancing synergy between State and Indian Army.
The GOC met Governor S. Abdul Nazeer and discussed nation-building and the Indian Army’s initiatives in community development, disaster management and security matters. Later, he met Minister for Industries, T.G. Bharath, to discuss support and mentorship for defence industry eco-system in Andhra Pradesh.
He discussed security-related matters with Director General of Police (DGP) Harish Kumar Gupta and issues related to Ex-Servicemen (ESM) welfare and Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) with Chief Secretary G. Sai Prasad.
The meetings with the dignitaries concluded on a positive note, aiming to strengthen cooperation and collaborations between the military and civil authorities.
