Lucknow’s first child through IVF has welcomed a healthy baby of her own. The 23-year-old gave birth to a daughter.
The first test tube baby of Lucknow, Prarthana, has given birth to a child of her own.
Prarthana, who is 23-years-old now, was born in 1998 and was Lucknow’s first child through in vitro fertilization (IVF). She became a mother this year and gave birth to a daughter.
Speaking to India Today, Dr Geeta Khanna, who works at the private hospital, said that Prarthana was married two years back and now she has given birth to a healthy baby.
According to Prarthana, becoming a mother is a happy moment and it has proven that IVF is a normal process.
“People have misconceptions about it (IVF), whereas my example is different,” Prarthana told India Today.
