Lock Upp's Poonam Pandey says women judge her because she is not a 'Bharatiya Naari'

In the previous episode of Lock Upp, Poonam Pandey broke down saying that she is mostly trolled and judged by women. The actress said that she is not a 'Bharatiya Naari'.

Ekta Kapoor's reality show Lock Upp is getting interesting day-by-day. In the captive-based reality show, 13 controversial contestants are locked up in the jail where they will compete against each other. In the previous episode, acid attack survivors were called in as special guests on the show. The women shared their tragic stories to the contestants and how they fought back. After they left, Poonam Pandey got extremely emotional. She told co-contestant Sara Khan that people don't accept her because of the things she's done in the past.

In Lock Upp, Poonam Pandey has often spoken up about Sam Bombay's physical violence on her after their marriage. In the previous episode, she told Sara Khan, "Whatever that has happened with me at home is okay. Other than that, I have just been judged and trolled. I am mostly judged by women and not men because I am not a Bharatiya Naari. I don't do things as per the Indian culture. I am treated like an alien. People react differently just by hearing the name Poonam Pandey. I feel very bad because today I am not someone's wife or daughter-in-law, but I am someone's daughter. Just because I did a few things in my life, I have been totally blacklisted."

Poonam continued crying and said, "I was called wrong for being beaten up, for being hospitalised, for not wearing appropriate clothes."
