KGF Chapter 2 box office collection Day 37: Yash's film continues phenomenal run, earns Rs 1213 crore

Yash's film KGF: Chapter 2 minted Rs 1213.63 crore worldwide in 37 days. The film, directed by Prashanth Neel, has been a huge hit at the box office.

Rocking Star Yash has impressed one and all with his performance in KGF: Chapter 2. The film, which released on May 12, has shattered multiple records at the box office in the past one month and still continues to do so. According to trade reports, Yash's KGF 2 has minted Rs 1213 crore worldwide in 27 days! The action thriller is directed by filmmaker Prashanth Neel.

Yash's KGF: Chapter 2 released in theatres on April 14 and is still doing great business at the box office. The film clashed at the box office with Thalapathy Vijay's Beast, Rajamouli's RRR, among several other Bollywood releases. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to Twitter to announce that KGF: Chapter 2 has grossed Rs 1213.63 crore at the box office worldwide. He wrote, "#KGFChapter2 WW Box Office Week 1 to 5 - 1210.53 cr Week 6 Day 1 - 3.10 cr Total - 1213.63 cr PHENOMENAL run continues (sic)."

KGF: Chapter 2 is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film is produced on a massive scale by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films. The film starred Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. Composer Ravi Basrur, cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and editor Ujwal Kulkarni are part of the technical crew.
