Makkal Needhi Maiam founder Kamal Haasan on Monday commended the government of India for its ‘firm response’ to the Pahalgam terror attack and sending an ‘unambiguous message to the world that India will not bend before terror’.
In a social media statement, Mr. Haasan said that ‘victory must now lead to vigilance’ and ‘a strong nation is a thinking nation’.
Mr. Haasan applauded the ‘brave armed forces’ and people of border states, such as Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and Rajasthan for their resilience.
