
JNU, DU issue guidelines for employees amid spike in Covid-19 cases

According to the guidelines issued by both DU and JNU, people with disabilities and pregnant women employees are exempted from attending offices but are required to work from home.
In view of the rising Covid-19 cases and the Omicron threat, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Delhi University (DU) have issued an important notice for all staff members.
As per the guidelines issued by JNU, biometric attendance at the varsity will continue to remain suspended. Further, all the directed department heads of respective branches need to ensure physical marking of attendance.
