Jamia Millia Islamia has organised a grand Indo-US webinar and lecture series to cater to renewable energy issues through nanomaterials.
Jamia Millia Islamia Department of Chemistry organised a grand nine-day-long Indo-US Webinar (June 1-2, 2021) and Lecture Series (June 3-9, 2021) on Advanced Functional Materials under the aegis of SPARC scheme of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The aim was to highlight the utilization of advanced functional nanomaterials to resolve the burning issues related to hydrogen/green/renewable energy and environmental remediation. Dr. Nazim Husain Al-Jafri, Registrar, JMI graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the function. The special address about the program and collaborative research was delivered by the foreign experts and guest of honors of the program Prof. Sarbajit Banerjee, Texas A&M University and Prof. Yuanbing Mao, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA.
