Influencer Khaby Lame has signed a $975 million deal to create an AI-powered digital twin, after authorising his facial features, voice patterns and behaviour for use.
Influencer Khaby Lame, one of the most recognisable faces on the internet, has signed a massive deal worth nearly $1 billion, marking a major shift in how creator brands and artificial intelligence intersect.
According to a PR Newswire press release, Rich Sparkle Holdings has officially closed the acquisition of Khaby Lame’s core company, granting it expansive rights to monetise and scale his global brand. The all-stock deal is valued at $975 million, just shy of the $1 billion mark.
The development first caught attention after Collin Rugg shared details of the agreement on X, writing, “NEW: Influencer Khaby Lame signs a $975M deal, authorizes use of his personal brand, Face ID, voice ID, and behavioural models, enabling the creation of an AI-powered digital twin.”
According to Rugg, Lame - who began posting on TikTok in 2020 after being laid off from his factory job - now boasts over 350 million followers across platforms, making him one of the most-followed creators in the world. His rise, largely driven by silent reaction videos mocking overly complicated “life hacks,” turned him into a universal internet figure whose humour transcended language barriers.
A key part of the deal involves the creation of an AI-powered digital twin. According to Complex, Lame has authorised Rich Sparkle Holdings to replicate his facial features, voice patterns, and behavioural traits to build a virtual version of himself. “A digital twin is a virtual replica of something real, whether it be a place, an object, or a person,” Complex explained in its report.
According to the publication, this digital twin will allow Rich Sparkle to produce multilingual content, host virtual livestreams, and deploy Khaby Lame’s likeness across global markets without the creator being physically present. The move signals a growing trend where influencer identities are treated as scalable intellectual property powered by AI.

Mojtaba Khamenei, 56, is the second-eldest son of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and is regarded as a potential successor. Bloomberg says his overseas investments include British property valued at more than £100 million, a villa in Dubai and luxury hotels across Europe, despite US sanctions imposed on him in 2019.
