India Today
An Indian businessman in the UAE has offered free accommodation in Ajman along with pickups by Rolls-Royce cars for stranded passengers amid the West Asia crisis.
With flight cancellations across the UAE following the onset of US-Israel-Iran crisis on February 28, many travellers found themselves unable to leave the United Arab Emirates. In response to the sudden travel disruption, Dr. Dhiraj Jain, a Rajasthan-born businessman and head of 1XL Holdings, offered immediate assistance by opening his 11-bedroom holiday home in Ajman to those in need.
Jain offered his 11-bedroom holiday home in Ajman to anyone stranded and in need of shelter. The gesture quickly gathered attention, especially after the message was picked up and circulated by the Consulate General of India, Dubai, which shared the information with travellers unable to return home.

Soon, the farmhouse turned into a lively yet comforting space for stranded passengers. Tents and mattresses were arranged across the property to accommodate more guests, while visitors pitched in with daily activities.
Some helped prepare meals in the kitchen, others gathered for tea and snacks, and groups spent their time playing cricket or practising yoga in the open areas of the farm.

When we look at Iran through the prism of religion and see a Shia Islamic country, we negate its thousands of years of rich pre-Islamic Persian culture. A dive into the world of Zoroastrianism and Vedas shows us how Indians and Iranians have been sharing languages, Gods, sciences and a sacred fire for thousands of years.
