IIT Bombay students left amused as dog steals the spotlight in lecture hall
India Today
A video shot at IIT Bombay featuring a dog confidently standing on a classroom table has left the internet giggling hard.
Not every day does a new ‘student’ walk into a lecture hall and instantly steal the spotlight. At IIT Bombay, however, a four-legged visitor did exactly that and the internet cannot stop talking about it.
The short video shared on Instagram by Piyush Jaiswal appears to be filmed during class hours. While a few students sit at their desks, others turn their attention toward the four-legged visitor who seems completely at ease.
Perched confidently on the table, the dog scans the room as if it were delivering a presentation rather than interrupting one. There is no sign of panic or chaos, just laughter and curiosity from the students.
Sharing the clip online, Jaiswal captioned it, “Finally Dogesh bhai got a table at IIT Bombay.”

The profiles of at least three of China's leading nuclear, missile and radar experts were scrubbed from the website of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the country's most prestigious academic body. The aircraft had also been used by senior Iranian officials and military figures for both domestic and international travel, and for coordinating with allied countries, the Israeli military said. Meanwhile, Dubai International Airport has resumed flight operations after a temporary suspension of about seven hours caused by a drone strike near a fuel tank facility.

When we look at Iran through the prism of religion and see a Shia Islamic country, we negate its thousands of years of rich pre-Islamic Persian culture. A dive into the world of Zoroastrianism and Vedas shows us how Indians and Iranians have been sharing languages, Gods, sciences and a sacred fire for thousands of years.
