Harsh Goenka always has priceless advice for his followers on Twitter. Harsh Goenka shared an important message as a part of his “Thursday Thought” post on the microblogging site. The 63-year-old businessman talked about the reason why people resist change. However, he mentioned that people tend to forget to focus on how they can gain from it in the long term. The main reason why people resist change is because they focus on what they have to give up, instead of what they have to gain. #ThursdayThoughts it is called their COMFORT ZONE!such people are stereotype, who doesn't like change nor make any difference to the organisation except finish what's assigned to them!they might show interest if there's a financial gain, but not ready to work more with change in system! #mythought I found that this prevented me giving up drinking for many years. Immature thinking in hindsight. There was nothing 'real' to lose and everything to gain. Ppl try to live in comfort zone...but they forget that more comforts are waiting if they break their existing comfort zones... Another reason is that, to embrace the change means coming out of their comfort zone! Which most of people don't prefer!. Change and learning is a life long process I feel and if we don't embrace it ,we r here for a short run Great one ! Harsh ji Change is inevitable & constant we are just afraid to embrace it ! They resist out of fear of uncertainty “The main reason why people resist change is because they focus on what they have to give up, instead of what they have to gain. #ThursdayThoughts (sic),” Harsh Goenka tweeted.More Related News
