During a concert in New York City, singer Harry Styles left the audience amazed as he called a fan's ex-partner amid the performance.

Popular singer and songwriter Harry Styles paused his concert to call a fan’s ex-boyfriend. Yes, what you read is right!

The incident occurred last weekend when he was performing live at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The singer noticed a fan holding a handwritten sign. “Dear Harry Styles, my ex called after seven years. What do I do?,” it read.

After the fan caught Harry’s attention, the singer asked her how long her relationship lasted. Identified as Ingrid, the fan replied saying that they dated for a year and that her ex-partner’s name was Josh. She went on to add that he was a nice guy. Wondering what happened next? Well, the singer asked Ingrid if he could call Josh.

"Can I call Josh?," Harry Styles asked amid the loud cheers of fans. He also asked her why they broke up, to which the fan replied saying that there were “many reasons”. She, then, handed over her phone to the Watermelon Sugar singer.

"Hello, Josh? Hello? Is that Josh? Is that Josh?" he said after dialling the number. But he didn’t get any response.

"Ingrid, I wish you all the happiness. It's not with Josh. There's someone else. There's someone else who's going to treat you with respect," he told his fan. "They're gonna love you for who you are. Josh? It's never Josh," he added.
