Gurugram woman, daughter consume poison two weeks after husband's death by suicide

A woman and her daughter died by suicide after consuming poison in Haryana's Gurugram on Saturday.

A woman and her daughter reportedly died by suicide on Saturday in an upscale neighbourhood in Haryana's Gurugram. Police said the two consumed poison. Veena Shetty (46) and her daughter, Yashika Shetty (24), died by suicide just two weeks after Veena's husband, Harish Shetty, a tax consultant, killed himself at a hotel in Gurugram's Sector 53 on July 6.
