Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar’s wedding pictures washed social media with shades of love. The two had met on the sets of a reality show in 2015 titled I Can Do That in 2015. Gauahar Khan, who was also a contestant on the show, revealed that she and Shibani were crushing on Farhan at the time. The actor was hosting the show.
Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar exchanged vows on February 19 in a beautiful wedding ceremony. Their love story is nothing short of a fairytale. Now, Gauahar Khan has talked about the time she and Shibani were crushing on I Can Do That host Farhan. In an interview with Hindustan Times, the actress said, “I don’t know if their love story started then, because I wouldn’t have any idea. But we were all crushing on Farhan at that time. We were all smitten by him, including Shibani and I. I remember we used to talk about how good-looking he was or how amazing a person he was,” she tells us.
She further added, “When I got to know about them being together, a couple of years later, I was very happy. They look good together. I think if you are meant to be together, you vibe, and I guess they vibed to a level where today, they are married! They look amazing and happy together.”
Farhan Akhtar wrote a heartfelt note while sharing photos from his and Shibani Dandekar’s wedding. The couple looked perfect together and had lot of fun. Farhan wrote, “A few days ago, @shibanidandekar & I celebrated our union and we are deeply grateful to all those who did respect our need for privacy on the day. The celebration however, is incomplete without sharing some precious moments with you and seeking your blessings as we begin our journey across the skies of time, together. With love from us to you (sic).”
