Gangubai Kathiawadi box office collection Day 13: Alia Bhatt-starrer crosses Rs 100 crore-mark

Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in India. The film was released on February 25.

Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi has become the fourth post-pandemic film to enter the Rs 100 crore club. Released on February 25, the film has been well received by the audience and critics. Alia has set the cash registers ringing and fans are thronging theatres to catch her magic.

Even though Alia's Gangubai is facing competition from Jhund and The Batman, the film continues to attract audience to the theatres. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has entered the Rs 100 crore club. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai Kathiawadi is a biographical drama, based on Hussain Zaidi's book Mafia Queens of Mumbai. Ajay Devgn, Parth Samthaan, Seema Pahwa and Shantanu Maheshwari have been roped in to play crucial roles in the film. Jayantilal Gada bankrolled the crime drama.
