
Five drinking water plants opened in Udayagiri constituency

Nellore MP inaugurates 5 drinking water plants in Udayagiri, benefiting remote areas, with plans for more installations.
Nellore MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy opened drinking water plants at five locations in Udayagiri constituency, on Tuesday.
Titled ‘VPR Amrut Dhara’, the water plants are meant to quench the thirst of the people dwelling in the remote localities, far away from proper water sources. With this, the number of water plants inaugurated through the foundation in SPSR Nellore district touched 170.
Similar plants were also inaugurated at Venkataraopalli, Bhimavarappadu SC Colony, Chinakraka 9th mile and Brahmanakraka villages, all falling in Udayagiri, Kondapuram and Jaladanki mandals in the constituency.
Mr. Prabhakar Reddy also announced that MSME parks will soon be inaugurated in all the assembly constituencies that are part of his Lok Sabha constituency. Former MLA Vanteru Venugopal Reddy also took part in the event.
