She runs her own OTT platform - AltBalaji, which has now collaborated with MX Player. After delivering successful shows on Indian television, Ekta is gearing up to come up with a reality show in the digital space. She is mounting this reality show on a big scale and fans are eagerly waiting for her to make an announcement.
Spilling beans about Ekta's plans to make a reality show, a source said, "Ekta is all set to announce the biggest reality show in India on an epic scale that viewers have never seen before. In this non-fiction offering, the audience will witness a spectacle of unstoppable excitement and unbounded energy."
While the concept of the reality show is not decided yet, the makers are apparently hunting for the show's host. If rumours are to be believed, the streaming giants are in talks with actresses Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra Jonas to host the show.
As per a source close to this development, talks were in advanced stages with Priyanka for the reality show as the actress is eager to do something different in the OTT space.
While Ekta is gearing up to announce her reality show, the TV czarina is ready with her new TV show. The sixth instalment of her supernatural show, Naagin, is all set to premiere on February 12, 2022. For Naagin 6, Ekta has roped in actress Tejasswi Prakash, who recently won Bigg Boss 15.
