The Stree star, who will soon be seen in Badhaai Do, first tried his hand at dance reality shows before making a mark in Bollywood. Earlier, Rajkummar Rao had revealed that when he was in Class 11, he had auditioned for Boogie Woogie, but was rejected. Much before the Dance Deewanes and Super Dancers took over, Boogie Woogie was the sole dance reality show which gave a platform to aspiring dancers on Indian television. With dreams in his eyes and the hope in his heart to appear on TV and impress judges Jaaved Jaaferi, Ravi Behl and Naved Jafri, Rajkummar landed in Mumbai. And Rajkummar spoke about, ironically, on the stage of another dance reality show, India's Best Dancer.
