
Delhi schools to reopen tomorrow upto Class 5

Schools in Delhi will be reopened upto Class 5 after permission was received from the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM).
Delhi school will reopen from tomorrow onwards for students up to Class 5. Delhi schools will reopen for offline classes from tomorrow onwards. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) had earlier issued a notice for the reopening of Delhi schools after reviewing improvement in the Air Quality Index (AQI) from ‘Severe’ to ‘Very Poor’ category for the students of Classes 6 and above reopen from December 18.
“Taking into consideration the submissions made and in light of improvement of the Air Quality Index (AQI) of Delhi from ‘Severe’ to ‘Very Poor’ category, the Commission, via its Direction No. 50 today directed the State Governments of NCR and GNCTD to allow re-opening of schools and educational institutions in a phased manner," the CAQM said last week.
