Delhi govt launches special vaccination drives for people going abroad to study, work

The Delhi government has started a special vaccination drive at the Navyug School in Mandir Marg for students, sportspersons and employees going abroad. 200 tokens are distributed every day and students, most of whom got to know about the vaccination centre from newspapers, and others start lining up from 9 am onwards. Once a token is given, one needs to show documents (passport, documents from university or workplace, date of joining which should be on or before 31st August). India Today interacted with such students and employees at the vaccination centre. Chirag Gupta, who is going to study at the University of Pennsylvania said, "I got to know about the vaccination centre from the newspaper. I reached here by 9am and got a token. The process inside is pretty smooth."More Related News
