Amid rising Covid-19 cases, the decision to close schools and colleges is left in the hands of the DC, says Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai.
Karnataka witnessed a rise in the cases of Covid-19, and to curb the spread of disease the state government has left the decision with the DCs of the respective districts for the same. In a meeting, Karnataka’s Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai ordered district collectors to take decisions on schools, depending on the current situation prevailing in the state. Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai, who tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, held a virtual meeting on COVID situation today.
