CISCE ICSE 10th Result 2022 TODAY, equal weightage given to both semesters

CISCE will declare ICSE 10th Result 2022 today, July 17, 2022, at 5 pm. According to the board's secretary, both the semesters will have equal weightage.

The Council For Indian School Certificate Examinations, CISCE, will declare the ICSE 10th Result 2022 today, July 17, 2022, at 5 pm. The ICSE results will be declared with both first and second semester marks, which will have equal weightage in the final score. CISCE's board secretary, Gerry Arathoon, confirmed the same, as reported by PTI. Students who did not appear for either one of the semester exams will be marked as absent and their results will not be declared, he further added.

He further added, "for the computation of the ICSE examination results, equal weightage has been given to both the Semester 1 and Semester 2 Examinations. The marks of Semester 1, Semester 2 and the Project (Internal Assessment) have been added to arrive at the final marks in each of the subjects and papers."

For this academic year, CISCE conducted two examinations rather than the annual examination. Semester 1 was held in November-December 20221, while semester 2 was held in April-May 2022, for both Classes, 10th and 12th.
