Megastar is currently working on GodFather, a remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. Now, here is the latest update about the biggie. Chiranjeevi has reportedly started dubbing for the flick. This comes days before Chiranjeevi's birthday on August 22. GodFather is an action drama, directed by Mohan Raja.
Chiranjeevi, last seen in the commercially-unsuccessful Acharya, is hoping to get things back on track with GodFather. The biggie is a remake of Mohanlal's lucifer and features the Tollywood legend in a massy new avatar. His first look poster from the movie, which was released some time ago, has piqued the curiosity of fans. According to the latest reports, he has started dubbing for GodFather. Its shoot too is said to be progressing at a good speed. Chiru recently shot with Bollywood star Salman Khan. The two will be seen shaking a leg in the movie.
GodFather is an adaptation of the Mollywood blockbuster Lucifer, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Chiru's film is expected to be 'massier' than the original one. GodFather has a strong cast that includes Nayanthara, Satyadev, Biju Menon, and Murali Mohan among others. Salman Khan has an extended cameo in his first Telugu movie. Bhai will be shaking a leg with Chiranjeevi. The song, in question, was choreographed by Prabhu Deva. S Thaman is the film's music director.
Chiranjeevi, who turns 67 on August 22, remains one of the busiest actors in the industry. He is set to reprise Ajith Kumar's role in Bhola Shankar, a remake of the Tamil star's Vedalam. The Telugu film is directed by Meher Ramesh. Bholaa Shankar features Keerthy Suresh as Megastar's sister. Chiranjeevi also has Waltair Veerayya, directed by Bobby, in his kitty. It stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead.
