Chaos broke out at a shopping mall in Hyderabad after a massive portion of the building's false ceiling collapsed suddenly. The incident took place at the Lake Shore Mall near Y Junction in Kukatpally on Sunday evening, leaving several people injured.

Several visitors sustained minor injuries in the incident. Mall staff and security personnel immediately responded and shifted the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Eyewitnesses said the mall was witnessing heavy weekend footfall when the ceiling boards unexpectedly crashed down.
