
CBSE class 12 results: Karnataka students achieve 95.95% pass percentage

The class 12 examinations were conducted from February 15 to April 4.
Students from Karnataka achieved a 95.95% pass percentage in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 12 exams. The results were announced on May 13.
A total of 21,664 students (out of 21,745 who had registered) appeared for the class 12 examinations. This included 11,712 boys and 9,952 girls from 304 schools across Karnataka. Girls outshone boys with a pass percentage of 96.90% while pass percentage for boys was 95.14%.
The Bengaluru region, which includes Karnataka, stands fourth among the 17 regions which are considered for the exams with a pass percentage of 95.95% after Vijayawada (99.60%), Thiruvananthapuram (99.32%) and Chennai (97.39%).
The class 12 examinations were conducted from February 15 to April 4 across 180 centres in Karnataka.
